The whole Wizard of Oz Crew

*Another add on.
We have had LOTS of people ask about the costumes, where we got them, etc. . . Well Dorothy and Lion were bought as is, except we bought the basket separate. The audlts are as follows. . .
Tin Man, hat bought online since we couldn't find a funnel big enough, chest piece made from a sauna suite and big box, rivets are googley eyes, and of course it was all spray painted silver.
Scarecrow, hat bought at Price Busters, $6 shirt from goodwill with some holes cut and rafia and patches sewn in and on it. And of course rafia on the ankles.
Glinda, crown made from plastic canvas, pink fabric, pink metalic tissue paper, silver thread, and silver pipe cleaners, you may notice the top looks familiar, we used a burger king crown as a stencil. LOL Yes it was pretty elaborate. . . also I didn't lay a hand on it. LOL My friend Becky made it all by herself. (Thank you Becky). The dress, $7 at goodwill, stripped it down and completely redid it. LOL Added sequins and stars to it and then sewed on tule to make the shoulders puffy.
Halloween costumes for the adults were very time consuming and not nearly as easy as we thought it would be but it was SOOOO worth it! We had a blast being accessories to Dorothy. It was awesome!
